PROCESSING AND SHIPMENT:
Due to a recent increase in orders, please allow 12 to 15 business days for your order to be processed. We cannot offer rush processing for any order.

Processing times may vary around holidays, so it is always best to order your gift items in advance, as delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

If for any reason the item you ordered is out of stock or otherwise delayed, we will notify you via email or phone.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS:
Personalized Items: Personalized and custom items cannot be exchanged or returned. Please be certain of measurements, sizing and all other important information prior to placing your order. Please follow the personalization instructions for an item and CAREFULLY check your order before submitting it. Although an item may be personalized with initials only, we strongly recommend entering the person’s full name to ensure the correct placement of initials.

Non-Personalized Items: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may exchange the item or return it for store credit. We do not issue cash refunds. Please notify us of your return request within 3 business days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, the item must be returned within 10 business days, unused and in the original packaging, in order to receive your exchange/credit. All shipping charges for returns and any replacement item(s) shipped will be your responsibility. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Full refunds will be offered for any item not in stock at the time of your order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal payments. Please Note: You DO NOT need a Paypal account in order to submit payment with your credit card.
